• Certified expertise: All advice provided through our chat and video conferencing services comes exclusively from certified Animal Health Technicians (AHT).
• Limits of the advisory service: Information is provided to the best of our knowledge, based on the details and history you share with us. Although our AHTs are animal health professionals, our advisory services are in no way a substitute for a complete veterinary examination.
• Nature of services: Assistance Animale is not an emergency clinic. Our services include minor health advice, as well as recommendations regarding general care, behaviour, nutrition, supplements, and accessories. In the event of a major health issue, a deterioration in your animal's condition, or signs of acute pain, you must immediately go to an emergency centre or consult a veterinarian.
• Accuracy of recommendations: The accuracy of our recommendations depends on the clarity and completeness of the information you provide us. Our AHTs are committed to guiding you with professionalism and care in accordance with industry standards.
